[COFFEE] = Peru Cajamarca from Hopscotch. No telling when Guji will return, so I’m exploring all kinds of new beans. I’m liking some Peru and Columbians that I had previously not tried. This one has notes of cocoa, juicy acidity, dried fruit, and apricot (according to the label)… It’s bright and fruity to me and I like tasting those complexities instead…
